Impossible Foods announced that it raised $500 million in a funding round led by Mirae Asset Global Investments of South Korea.
The infusion of capital places a valuation of $4 billion on the company.
Investors in Impossible Foods include Khosla Ventures, Horizons Ventures, and Temasek.
