According to a posting in the March 27th edition of Monday Line, USAPEEC Mexico will present a series of seminar programs for domestic producers to manufacture value added items using U. S. chicken.
The newly introduced Poultry Meat Export and Trade Program is supported by the Monterrey Technologic Institute and the Mexican Association of Federal Inspected Plants.
The program will comprise six modules each of eight hours distributed by Zoom. To date, 18 attendees from 11 companies have requested registration.
The intent is to create a market using U.S. chicken to be further processed applying available labor and resources in Mexico possibly for re-export to other nations.
