Hamlet Protein Emphasizes Personnel Safety and Reliability in Supply

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Denmark has closed borders and has enforced a program of home sequestration. Hamlet Protein products manufactured in Ohio in the U.S. are unaffected. Both bagged and bulk products cannot transmit SARS-CoV-2 the virus responsible for COVID-19. The ingredient is heat-treated with steam at a temperature exceeding 200F for six minutes and is produced in a closed system.

Eric Visser, CEO of Hamlet Protein quoted "we care about the safety and wellbeing of our stake holders.  So far none of our colleagues have tested positive for COVID-19 and we are taking the necessary steps to minimize the risk of the virus affecting both employees and business partners."  He added "we are planning our activities to make sure our production and supply chain continues to operate normally.  We continuously monitor the developments and make sure that we comply with local and international recommendations and regulations regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.  Travel by our staff has been restricted and they are working from home wherever possible.
