Hall County in the state of Georgia will receive funding to establish a training program for high school students in agriculture and meat processing. It is intended to erect a processing plant costing between $4 and $5 million that will incorporate classrooms and test kitchens. The purpose will be to encourage rural residents to select agriculture as a career option with an emphasis on meat production and processing.
