Tyson Foods has completed an expansion of a plant in Claryville, KY. The plant has been in operation since 1984 and produces 70 percent to the world's cocktail sausages. The expansion involved addition of 15,000 square feet, and extensive remodeling and installation of equipment to increase capacity by fifty percent. According to Tyson Foods, snacks and deli meats have experienced double-digit increases in demand since the COVID outbreak and continuing into 2023.
