Administration Agencies Joins with Industry to Reduce Food Waste


The Winning on Reducing Food Waste program is the subject of a joint agency agreement among the USDA, the EPA, and the FDA to coordinate educational programs to reduce food loss and waste.  Private-public partnerships including the U.S. Food Loss and Waste 2030 Champions program previously established a target for 50 percent reduction in food waste by 2030.
