AGR Partners and StepStone Group Complete Ownership of Green Plains Cattle Company

AGR Partners LLC together with co-investor StepStone Group have completed the purchase of Green Plains Inc. acquiring all the outstanding equity. AGR and StepStone Group completed the purchase of half of the shares in Green Plains Cattle Company during September 2019.

Green Plains Cattle Company is the fourth-largest U.S. cattle feeder with a total capacity of more than 355,000 head spread among six feed lots in three southwestern states.
