House of Raeford, based in North Carolina has completed construction of a feed mill to supply their Arcadia, LA. complex. Built at a cost of $40 million, the facility has a grain storage capacity of 650,000 bushels and finished feed of 5,500 tons. The new mill 
replaces a 1950's vintage plant operating seven days per week. The 12,500-weekly tonnage from the new mill will supply the complex over 5 working days each week and will have sufficient spare capacity for expansion or unexpected events.
