The companion compound BactoCease® NV is a buffered vinegar product available in a liquid, dry or sodium-free formulation to be added to brines, marinades, spice blends or for direct application to meat.
Proteus® the third compound in the range is a combination of functional proteins that can be added to products to maintain clean-label status.
