Besco buildings are constructed of steel and incorporate insulated metal panels that resist fire. Individual components that may be damaged in a fire or a climatic event can be removed and replaced. A fire in a conventional house erected with wooden structural components and flammable panels usually results in a total loss of the building. Steel structures and non-flammable panels mitigate fire damage and allow repair and replacement of equipment and installations limiting business interruption by reducing the time required to resume production.
